Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before entering the raffle:
The raffle is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S./D.C., who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the 50 U.S./D.C. and where prohibited. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Participants must have a valid YouTube account and comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines. Employees, family members, or affiliates of Whiskey Wisdom are not eligible to win.
Paid Entry: Participants may enter the raffle by submitting a Superchat during the live stream. Each $5 Superchat will count as one entry. $5 Venmo submissions will also be accepted.
Free Entry: No purchase or donation is necessary to enter. To enter for free, participants must send an email to entry-01@whiskeywisdom.live with the subject line "Raffle Free Entry" and include your full name, YouTube username, and contact information. Only one free entry per person is allowed.
The raffle begins at the start of every Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream and ends at the conclusion of every Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream. All entries, including both paid and free entries, must be received by the conclusion of the Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream to be eligible. The conclusion will be once the Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream goes offline from streaming platforms such as YouTube, Rumble, etc. Only during the duration of the Whiskey Wisdom Live stream will the sweepstakes be active. NOT ALL WHISKEY WISDOM LIVE STREAMS WILL HAVE A SWEEPSTAKES. If a sweepstake is active, it will be announced during the Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream. If a free OR paid submission comes in during an active Whiskey Wisdom live show, and that free or paid sumission is missed, it will be moved to the next Whiskey Wisdom Live Stream that has an active sweepstake.
The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries (both paid and free) and announced during the live stream. If for some reason that is not possible, the winner(s) will be announced on the Whiskey Wisdom community post page within 30 days after the stream ends. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The prize(s) for the raffle are announced each live stream. The prize(s) are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless agreed upon by Whiskey Wisdom. All taxes and fees associated with the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
The winner(s) will be notified during the live stream or via the contact information provided with their entry. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.
Whiskey Wisdom reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, other factors impair the integrity of the raffle, or for any other reason not listed. By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and YouTube's Community Guidelines. This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube.
All winnners must confirm eligibility by filling out the following form. All required fields must be completed before anything is sent out. The onus is on you to complete this form, and follow up with information we need/require. This form must be completed and submitted withing the notification period listed above (currently 30 days,) or your prize will be forfeited. Whiskey Wisdom is not responsible for any technical failures or unauthorized human intervention that may affect the entry process. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Whiskey Wisdom, YouTube, any active sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability.
Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the raffle and will not be shared or sold to third parties. We will delete your contact information or any images you upload after the verification is completed and your prize/offer has been mailed/completed.
